Family & group cruises

Planning a cruise with family or friends?

Getting everyone on the same ship can be a challenge, especially when you're working with different budgets, schedules, and cabin preferences. We'll help you coordinate the details so everyone can enjoy the vacation.

Family & group cruising

Finding the right cruise for everyone.

Whether you're traveling with extended family, a group of friends, or celebrating a special occasion, everyone has different priorities. We'll help you compare ships, itineraries, and accommodations to find a cruise that works for your entire group.

Different travelers

We compare cruise lines and the actual ship's activities, age requirements and facilities. A family vacation, bachelor or bachelorette trip and an anniversary celebration don't all call for the same sailing.

Multiple staterooms

We check occupancy and connecting or nearby rooms where available. These are distinct requests: rooms next door may not connect, and preferred arrangements depend on the ship and remaining inventory.

Shared planning

We help coordinate booking details, deposit and payment deadlines, dining requests and pre-cruise arrangements. Group dining and special requests remain subject to the cruise line's confirmation.

Budgets & cabins

Travel together without identical bookings.

Some travelers may want an interior room while others prefer a balcony or suite. We compare the options on the same sailing and explain the different inclusions, so each household can choose comfortably without losing sight of the shared plan.

If your group is considering MSC Yacht Club or another private suite area, access matters: friends booked outside that area may not be able to join you in its dedicated spaces. We'll discuss where everyone can spend time together before you choose cabins.

Booking earlier can improve the chance of finding your preferred room arrangement, but we never promise adjacent or connecting cabins before checking availability. Share any accessibility requirements and children's ages at the start.

Group promotions, when eligible

Group rates, onboard credit and other benefits may be available, but eligibility depends on the line, departure, number of rooms and booking terms. Traveling together doesn't automatically qualify a party for a formal group offer. We compare applicable options and explain any minimums, restrictions and deadlines.

Less work for the organizer

You don't have to translate everyone's preferences into deck plans and fare rules alone. We help keep the booking details coordinated while leaving room for optional excursions, quiet time and separate plans. Our cruise planning has no separate planning fee.

Getting started

Tell us who's coming and what you're celebrating.

A rough headcount, number of rooms, ages, preferred dates, departure options and budget ranges give us a useful starting point. Let us know who is organizing and which room arrangements matter most.
