McKahn Cruises LLC is an independent, U.S.-based travel agency and an independent affiliate of Avoya Travel. We act as an intermediary between you and the cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, and other travel suppliers that provide the travel services you purchase. We do not own or operate ships, aircraft, hotels, or other travel facilities.

This website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about our services and to contact us about planning travel. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to submit false, misleading, or harmful information.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but cruise itineraries, ships, inclusions, fares, and promotions change frequently and are controlled by the suppliers. Nothing on this website is a guaranteed offer. Pricing, availability, onboard credit, group rates, and promotions vary by cruise line, sailing, stateroom category, and traveler eligibility, and are confirmed only at the time of quote and booking.

Descriptions of cruise lines, ships, and programs such as the MSC Yacht Club reflect our general understanding and experience. Please rely on the cruise line's current published terms for the specific inclusions of any sailing.

When you book travel through us, your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the cruise line and any other supplier involved, including their deposit, payment, cancellation, change, and refund policies. We will share those terms with you and encourage you to review them carefully before booking.

Suppliers may change itineraries, ports, ships, schedules, or pricing, and may cancel sailings. McKahn Cruises is not responsible for supplier changes, cancellations, delays, or failures to perform, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of any supplier.

You are responsible for ensuring that every traveler has valid passports, visas, and other documentation required for the itinerary, and for meeting any health, vaccination, or entry requirements of the countries visited. We are glad to point you toward the relevant resources, but requirements can change and it is your responsibility to confirm them before travel.

We strongly recommend travel protection. We can offer travel insurance options through licensed providers; coverage is governed by the policy issued by the insurer.

We do not add a separate cruise planning fee when you book through us. We are typically compensated by the cruise lines and other suppliers for bookings made through our agency. Any fee that may apply to a specific service, such as certain air-only bookings or changes requested after booking, will be disclosed to you in advance.
