Booking, promotions & perks
We handle the booking and apply eligible promotions and onboard credit. If a lower eligible fare becomes available later, we can review the cruise line's policy and request an adjustment when permitted.
Pre-cruise coordination
We can help with dining, shore excursions, air, hotels, transfers, and travel protection so the details come together before you sail.

- Does it cost more to book through an advisor?
- No separate cruise planning fee is added when you book through us. We check the applicable cruise-line fares along with eligible Avoya Travel promotions, group rates, and onboard credit to help you get the best available value for your sailing.
- Do you only book MSC Cruises?
- Not at all. MSC and the Yacht Club are our specialty, but we book across the major cruise lines and recommend the ship that truly fits you.
- What is the MSC Yacht Club?
- A private, keycard-access enclave on MSC ships with its own lounge, restaurant, pool deck, 24-hour butler service, and premium drinks: a luxury experience that often comes at a lower price point than traditional luxury lines.
- Can you help with flights, hotels, and travel insurance?
- Yes. We can arrange air, pre- and post-cruise hotels, transfers, and travel protection so the whole trip is coordinated in one place.
- What if the price drops after I book?
- If a lower eligible fare becomes available, we can review the cruise line's policy and request an adjustment when permitted.
